W.M. R Woods on his first official night of lodge business, W. Bro D Crow, Assistant DofC
This evening Brother Phillips took his second regular step in Freemasonry being passed to the 2nd Degree.
Clearly a lot of work had been put in by all officers and Brethren who took part in the ceremony with large sections being ably delivered by W.Bro A Gettings, W.Bro J Pain, W.Bro D Bridge and W.M R Woods as well as greetings by W.Bro D Crow
We were pleased to receive two fraternal visits from other lodges hosting W.Bro Brian Bagwell of Sancroft Lodge L4347 and W.Bro J.Watchorn representing the Worshipful Master of St. George’s Lodge No.5720 accompanied by their officers and Brethern boasting our numbers for dining at the festive board to 36 which was a very pleasant evening.
