Tonight we welcomed Bro Warren Phillips to the sublime Degree of a Master Mason
This evening was a special one. Bedic Lodge #5915 welcomed the Assistant Provincial Grand Master WBro Clinton Elliot Leeks along with WBro N. Cavila
The lodge was opened and WM R Woods was presented with a 50yrs of Masonic service certificate for WBro Gordon Gurteen in his absence.
Bro W Phillips was then raised to the sublime Degree of a Master Mason. It was clear that everyone involved with the ceremony had put in a lot of work as the proceedings ran flawlessly.
WBro D Crow stood in as Junior Warden, Bro J Rogers as Senior Warden with other parts of the evening being ably delivered by WBro D Bridge, WBro A Gettings, WBro D Short, WBro R Woods and Deacons as Bro O Tatton and Bro D Boylen.
A special thanks to Bro T Gravatt for his first time on the floor with an exemplary piece of work on the 3rd Degree tracing board
This evening we had 13 visitors from other Lodges including St. George’s Lodge No.5720, Lodge of Concord No.6859, Sancroft Lodge No.4347, Bernard Gilpin Lodge No.3076, Anglers Lodge No 10,049, Hetton Lyon Lodge No.6533 and Kepier Lodge No.8308 with 17 members of Bedic Lodge present which made for an excellent Festive Board.
WBro C E Leeks spoke about some of the things happening in the province of Durham as well as congratulating Bro Phillips on being raised to the sublime Degree of a MM.
WBro Woods thanked all the visitors for supporting Bedic Lodge and mentioned that they will be holding an open night for new members on January 22nd 2025
